Part 1: Front Squats – 5×5 ,~65-75% 1RM (Moderate)

Part 2: 3 Rounds – AMRAP 3 of 5 Front Squats, 10 Cal Row.

Rest 3 Minutes.

RX 135/95, L2 115/80, L1 95/65 

Scale: Front Sq -> Box or Back Squats

Notes: Part 1: Lighter weight to warmup for WOD. Part 2: Short rounds with long rest break, you should push hard and see if you can stay consistent on each round.
