General Warm-up:
2 rounds Jumprope :45 on/:15 rest.
Mobility:
Down Dog Calf Stretch – 10 per leg. Pigeon Stretch on box – 1 minute per side.
Warm-Up:
AMWUP 5 – 5 Superman Pullups, 5 Pushups, 10 Lateral Hops, 10 Step Back Lunges.
Part 1:
3 – EMOM 4 – 5-10 Strict Pullups, :30 second HS Hold, :30 Second DU practice.( Divide into 3 groups 1 min rest between exercise.)
Part 2:
AMRAP 12 – 5 Lateral Burpee Box Overs, 10 KBS, 25 DU.

Scale:
BOB => Burpee Step Overs, KBS => RKBS, DU => SU x 2
Notes:
Should move quick and steady through each round, focusing on box during Box Overs. Should be 1 to 2 minutes per round so total rounds could be from 6-10.
