50 Ab Mat sit ups,

25 Burpee box jumpovers,

50 Ab Mat sit ups

100 Dus

Scale 200 Sus Jumpovers>stepovers

Warm up:

If you do not have a jump rope do footwork without rope 

Jump Rope Side to side (20X) or lateral hops

7 Push Ups

Jump Rope Split Step (20X) or front to back hops

7 ab mat sit ups

Single leg Jump (20X) or single jumps on left foot  

7 Squats

Single Leg Jump (20X) or single leg jumpd right foot

7 Burpees

Stretch 

Knight Stretch 10x per leg

Tricept Stretch – 1 min per arm

Part 1

Bulgarian split squats 5-5-5-5 (If you have weights use them)

Part 2

For time: 100 Dus,

50 Ab Mat Sit ups,

25 Burpees (Do Burpees over something if you can),

50 Ab Mat sit ups

100 Dus

Scale 200 Single Unders or Plate Hops if no Jump Rope
