Jump Rope Side to side (20X) or lateral hops
7 Push Ups
Jump Rope Split Step (20X) or front to back hops
7 ab mat sit ups
Single leg Jump (20X) or single jumps on left foot
7 Squats
Single Leg Jump (20X) or single leg jumpd right foot
7 Burpees
Stretch
Knight Stretch 10x per leg
Tricept Stretch – 1 min per arm
