Part 1: 5,4,3,2,1 Squat Cleans, build to 1 RM. Rest at least 2 min.
Part 2: “Red Ranger”
3 RFT of 10 Power Cleans, 50 DU/100 SU, 15 V-Ups.
RX 135/95, L2 105/80, L1 85/55.
Notes: Building to a heavy single on squat clean (Try for weight done 3/12 with 3 rep FS). Cleans should move quickly in the WOD, weight should be a weight that can be done TNG if needed.
Scaling:
Part 1 – Front Squats 5×5 , add weight every other set.
Part 2 – Sub DB Squat Cleans and Single Leg V-Ups
