Warm Up:

20 Mexican Jumping Jacks, 5 Toquila Inchworms, 20 Plank Jacks, 5 Taquila inchworms

Mobility:

Calf Stretch – 1 minute per side,  Anterior/Mid/Posterior Delt smash – :90 seconds per side, Foam Roll mid/low back –  1 minute

Specific Warm up:

2 Rounds of  10 “Sumo” Squats, 20 Shoulder Taps, :30 Jump Rope

Part 1:

EMOM 8 – 8 Sumo Deadlift High Pull (KB/DB/Barbell/Odd Object)

Part 2:

5 Rounds For Time of 20 Burpees & 20 DU’s (40 SU’s)

Notes:

JUST KEEP MOVING!!!!

Cooldown: 

Walk 1-2 minutes, Roll out calves
