Part 1: Split Jerk – 5×5 @ 75%. Start at 50% 1RM add 5-8% each round
Part 2: AMRAP 5 – 10 Push Press, 25 DU, 10 Abmat Situps. Rest 3 Min. AMRAP 5 – 5 Split Jerks, 50 Speed Steps, 5 T2B. Use 75% of last weight Part 1
Scale: DU => 2x SU, T2B => 2x K2W
Notes: Stimulus = Stamina. Part 1 is to work on Split Jerk form. Weight should not get to heavy. Part 2 is two short AMRAPS that you should push on, different muscle groups for each exercise.
