    Looks like I missed a good one today.

    Running out of creative food ideas, but the Mrs. is helping out by finding some good looking recipes online. I’ll pass along any that I really like.

    That was a tough one. I still see some people without the full ROM on their pushups. Without the full ROM you will not ever get strong enough to do a real pushup to the ground. Please leave your ego at the door and use a box or go up a box, it is for your own good. If you have questions about it talk to me or Beth, we are here to help you.
