3 RFT – 10 OHS, 20 Box Jumps, 60 DU.
RX 95/65, L2 75/50, L1 55/35
Notes: More experienced lifters can use moderate weight, less experienced use lighter and use a box if needed. Stay focused on the box jumps, legs will fatigue.
