Part 1: Back Squats – 3,3,3,3,3 Build to about 80-85% 1 RM, Resting 2 min between

Part 2: 4 RFT of 25 Goblet Squats, 200 Run.

RX 53/44, L2 44/35, L1 35/26

Scale: Back Squats -> Lighter, Run -> Row,Bike

Notes: Stimulus = Sprint.

Part 1 should build to a heavy 3 but not a 3 rep max.

WOD should be fast moving, less than 10 min.
