Part 2: 4 RFT of 25 Goblet Squats, 200 Run.

Scale: Back Squats -> Lighter, Run -> Row,Bike
Notes: Stimulus = Sprint.
Part 1 should build to a heavy 3 but not a 3 rep max.
WOD should be fast moving, less than 10 min.
