Target: 6+ rounds. Choose a handstand walking option that you can complete in 3 or fewer attempts. Use a higher box today than you normally do. Consider modifying to a step-up before reducing box height. There are many ways to improve your handstand walking ability. You can target the skills portion of the movement with shoulder taps, or you can target the strength portion of the movement with DB overhead walks and hand stand holds. You can also use the wall walk as a balance of both strength and skill development.
There isn’t any accessory work today, but make sure you get the stretching in as well
