Today, we get to power clean! I know many of you love this lift, so go for a new PR if you’re feeling good!

The goal is to lift heavy relative to your own capacity. Focus on sound mechanics and improving your movement.

Lifting will take place once every 2:30. This will provide at least 2:00 of rest between sets.

Increase load across sets; it’s ok to repeat or pull back weights as needed and dial in mechanics before increasing load again.

If you are familiar with numbers, start the first power cleans around 75% of your best lift.
