Scale: # of reps if 1st round is longer than 1:45

Notes: Stimulus = Engine. This is a challenging WOD. 4-5 rounds should be avg, 10 should be hard. Choose a weight you can do fast. Once you fail rest 1 round then do 1/2 reps until 20.
