Part 2: “Randy Ann” 50-40-30-20-10 of Hang Snatch & DU’s. RX 45/33, L2 33/25, L1 25/15

Notes: Weight for Squat Snatch should be Touch-N-Go no dropping or stopping to reset. WOD should be fast trying to go as unbroken as possible.

METCON:

Part 1: EMOM 16 – Odd 5-8 Ring Rows, Even 5-8 DB Press.

Part 2: WOD Same as main w/ Alt DB Snatch
