Part 1: Deadlifts – 5,5,4,4,3 Build to Hvy 3. Rest 2 minutes.
Part 2:
AMRAP 12 – 3 weighted pull-ups (dumbell)
6 push-ups on dumbbells
9 dumbbell squats.
RX 35/25, L2 30/20, L1 25/15
Scale: Deadlifts Less Exp => 5×5
Notes: Stimulus = Strength/Stamina trying to maintain overall speed and intensity. Building to a Hvy 3, not a 3RM on DL. WOD should be quick moving at a steady pace. Choose scaling that allows this.
