Strength: Deadlift/Clean/Snatch complex – 3 deadlift, 1 – pos 1 Clean, 1 snatch. Light weight.
WOD: “Triple Threat”
AMRAP 3 – Snatch, Rest 1 minute, add weight.
AMRAP 3 – Clean, Rest 1 minute, add weight,
AMRAP 3 – Deadlifts.
Start with 70% Snatch 1RM, add 40% more from previous lift each round.
METCON:
3 x 10 Weighted Step Ups (5R/5L),
3 x 10 Split Squats (5R/5L),
3 x 10 DB Press.
WOD: AMRAP 15 – Row 200m, 25 Walking Lunges, 10 Pushups, 10 Vups, Sprint 25m.
