Part 1: Warm-up Movements 5×5 of Snatch 4×4 of C&J at light to medium weight

Part 2: “Palooza #9”

15 Snatch, 15 Clean & Jerks. (6 min Min, 10 min Cap)

RX 135/95, 185/130, L2 115/75, 155/105, L1 85/55, 135/85

Notes: Warm-up Snatch with a light weight, add weight to warm-up C&J. Choose a weight that will take 6-9 min, unless you are RX then it should not be faster than 6. 

Metcon:

Part 1: 4 Rounds of 10 T2R, 10 Inchworms, :30 Second Plank, Rest 90 seconds.

Part 2: For Time – 100 Alt DB Snatch and 100 DB Thrusters. Heavier DB’s on the Thrusters.
