Today’s workout is a little different from the previous two days. Expect the pace of this workout to be smooth, steady, and technique-focused.
Spend no more than 4:00 on each round
Expect the sit-ups to slow down. Because you don’t get to use your arms to create momentum, your abs are going to be feeling it by round three. Move at a steady pace and take short breaks when you need to.
If you have limited exposure to either or both of these movements, you should scale the reps to 20 in each round.
