WOD: “Recall”

AMRAP 5 – 100m Run, 5 Dips, 10 KBS.

Rest 5 minutes. Repeat.

Notes: Focus on SL work, making sure to use 1 leg only. There is plenty of rest between AMRAPs. Push yourself on both.
