Part 1: EMOM 18 – Hand Stand Holds, Planks, Bar Hangs (20-30 sec each). Alt every minute.

Part 2: “Log it” AMRAP 8 of 25 Squats, 15 Situps, 5 Pushups

Scale: Scale up -> Vest, DB’s

Notes: Stimulus = Sprint.

Part1 – alternate through each exercise each minute.

Part 2 – Move as quickly as possible for 8 minutes, trying to beat your previous score
