Part 1: EMOM 14 – Every 2 minutes – 2 Snatch DL, 2 Hang Snatch High Pull, 2 Power Snatch. Add for 2 rounds then stay at that weight

Part 2: 3 Rnds of AMRAP 3 of 10/8 Cal Bike, 10 Box Jumps, 10 Power Snatch. Rest 3 minutes between. Start at beginning each round. ~50% 1RM

Scale: Box Jumps -> Step Ups, Bike -> Row

Notes: Stimulus = Sprint.

Part 1: Rnd 1 add, Rnd 2 add, Rnd 3 add, Rnd 4,5,6,7 stay at weight from Rnd 3. Should be light, close to WOD weight.

Part 2: Each round is a short sprint with plenty of rest to recover. Light weight and manageable reps means constant movement with little rest during.
