Part 1: Strict Press – 5 x 10, light weight ~40-50% 1RM. Rest 2 min
Part 2: 1000m Row then 50 Burpees, 50 Squats, 50 Supermans, 50 Pushups
Scale: Quantity
Notes: Stimulus – Fast paced.
Part 1 is light weight volume work. Part 2 athletes should keep moving on most of the exercises with only short breaks.
